Is i18n (German translation) available for onDemand instances?

We are currently evaluating a test onDemand installation taht looks very promising so far. But things would be much easier if we could have the UI translated in German. I didn't see any i18n plugins available via the `Plugins` menu.

I've copied the following sentance from our restricted functions page

"Alternate Languages — Although we can install language packs for some of the apps, there's no full support for alternate languages except English(US) at the moment. Please follow JST-1434 for updates on this feature."

We also looking for the german language plug-in for jira on demnad.. The full support ist not important.
