Is it no longer possible to add thumbnails to Comments?

Hi

Previously when adding images or gifs to a comment, they would display as small thumbnails within the comment. 

Currently, they are displayed in their full resolution. 

Is this a known issue or is there a way to change the image size?

Hi Michael,

I have only seen full resolution images in comments.  As far as I can see, there is no way to change the image size.
