Hello, we are using Jira v.7.11.1 . When a ticket is assigned to Employee A and Employee B changes his ticket status the ticket is reassigned to Employee B. Can this be prohibited so that the ticket remains assigned to Employee A?
There is regularly much confusion because of this in our company.

Do I undestand correctly, that you do not want the Assignee field to be changed automatically, when you transition an issue to a certain status? If so, then look for post functions for this transition. There must be a post function, which automatically assign a user. You should remove this post function.
