Is it possible to add 2 or more REST modules in single JIRA plugin

We are developing the JIRA plugin and we would like to add more that one REST modules in the same plugin. But after adding second REST module with different key, I am unable to access the REST modules using its REST URL. I am getting 404 error with message - Oops, you've found a dead link. Even the first REST module is not working.

I would like to know, if it is possible to add 2 or more REST modules in same package in same JIRA plugin ? And if yes, then how can I do that ?
