Is it possible to add MORE information in the "Mentioned In" line on the Jira Ticket?

We use Comala Workflow, so we would like the ability to see the Workflow status right next to the name of the Confluence. We'd also like to see if a Specification Form has been updated so the Developer knows to go back and review it.

This is not an integration that we currently provide. The information you are looking for is available through our Java and REST APIs, however we are not sure it will be straightforward to modify this particular UI element.
