I would like to know if it is possible to automatically change issue status based on email received. For example: if email received from contains some predefined words, system has to change status accordingly.
Is there any settings for email commands or rules, where Admin can configure those predefined words and create commands?
This plugin JEMH enables you to use directives at the top of the email body to edit an issue, transition, assign etc

This is not possible, you can try a plugin to achieve this, maybe Scriptrunner or other one.
