Is it possible to call a ProForma form directly from TestRail?

Hi all,

Can I launch a Jira ProForma form when raising a defect from TestRail?

If yes, can you please let me know how I could do this?

Hi @Zaldy Parian - do you mean you'd like to add a ProForma form to a Jira issue after pushing a bug report from TestRail?

Hi Peter,

I'm thinking of "New" status when issue is created; not when status is changed.

Anyway, the current process still works although a bit rough on the edges.
