We have changed our Google Aps domain and need to authenticate/synchronize our users against this new domain. Is it possible to add or change this new domain to

Yes, it is possible. You will need to contact support to disable the integration with the current Google Apps domain. Once that is done, you can proceed to sign up for the integration from the new Google Apps domain.

For this to work smoothly, it is best to have the same username both in the current and new Google Apps domain. For example, michal@currentdomain.com will be automatically linked to michal@newdomain.com after the 'migration'.
