Is it possible to configure not start a sprint without providing story points?

Sometimes the team starts the sprint before the story points are estimated and they fail to add this in future too. This makes the tracking hard.
Is it possible to configure not start a sprint without providing story points?

Unfortunately not possible at the moment.. But that would be very helpful.
