Is it possible to create a project that even admins cannot view?

Is it possible to create a project that even admins cannot view? We've been asked to create a project in which only a few people can view the issues. Even admins should not be able to browse the project. Is this possible?

In our implementation, administrators can "Administer Projects"... so it seems we'd have to remove this permission and do something else. I'm not sure what though.

I don't think it's possible.  You'd be better off creating a separate JIRA instance if you need something that secure.

John is correct.  You can hide a project from admins by not including them in the permissions, but their job is administration, and that requires the ability to maintain projects, including the ability to change users.  So they always have a way to get to them.  As it's the definition of their role.

Your choices are either a separate instance, or, simply trusting your administrators not to add themselves in.

if admin don't have "browse issues" permission then admin don't view issues.

But how restrict access admininstrator to permission schema?
