For mail rules
Hey Elena,
When it comes to Jira Core (Software) - you can only have one email address.
Thus, if you would like to have more addresses, you would need to have custom emails configured for that (your own mailboxes).
But you can create as many mail handlers (rules) as you want for this one email address.
Jira Service Desk, however, allows you to have an extra email address per JSD project.
