Hi,
Is it possible to bulk delete all stale and unused private filters and dashboard in Jira Cloud Software?
We got more than 800 filters from previous projects. And a lot of them are personal filters for dashboards of employees no longer part of the project or resigned.
Is there a better way than deleting them one by one manually?
Thanks,
Hi @Zaldy Parian
Our app can review all public and private filters, dashboards, workflow, customfields and much more in your instance.

Unfortunately, you can't delete filters in bulk - you would need to delete one by one.
Please refer the open ticket with Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-68433
Possible workaround: (As per JRACLOUD-29924)
Identify your filter ids by using the REST API Search for filters and bulk delete them by creating a script with the REST API to delete filters:
DELETE /rest/api/3/filter/{id}
Hope this will help.
