Is it possible to divide a column into 2?

Hi team,

Pretty basic question. However, is it possible to dive a column for example Ideation into 2?

The top half representing 'In Progress' and the bottom half representing 'Done'?

I have a 12 column board and am trying to find ways to make it more user friendly.

It depends on the type of project. I'm assuming you're using a NextGen project where you can add your own issue types and fields?

12 columns is too many, I would revisit which can be better represented by fields and use quick filters etc to make it easier to see them.

Would you mind sharing what the 12 columns are?
