Is it possible to edit the Clone issue screen to show more fields?

We need to show in an additional fields on the Clone issue screen, such as Fix Version, Link Issue option something like “Clone Sub-task, Clone Attachment”.

If it is possible! Could you please provide some information in order enhance the page/template.
