I work with multiple company's which are set up as customers for our software. I am trying to set up a way so that the organization is either automatic or forced selection (meaning that they cant choose "share with no one"
The reason i am trying to figure this out is that my engineers do not know what database to look into when customer inputs a ticket as the vast majority just choose share with no one.
I could put a drop down of companies, however that would also be a bit clunky for the cusomter on the form. ANy ideas?
Why not just put a "Company" field on the form and require it?
yeah just a text field, that probably is the only answer at this point.
