Is it possible to have 2 separate queries and 2 separate card colors in Jira?

I have one query set up to have a green rule if anyone can pickup the project. I would also like to have another query where if the date is in jeopardy i can flag it as Yes and have another color show on the card. Is that possible?

The card then has a red flag icon and is highlighted in yellow for all to see.

You can add multiple queries each with a different color. 

Without add-ons each card can have only one color, and if a card matches multiple queries it will get the color that is first in the list of queries in the board configuration.
