Hi!,
So we are now starting to connect Zoho CRM with Jira, and a requierement has came up.
In Zoho we have different clients and each client will have a different ID, so, all close deals will create an issue in a Jira project.
I need to be able to personalized the issue ID in the same project, for example,
Client ABC:
Issues in Jira proyect: ABC-1, ABC-2, ABC-3
Client DFE:
Issues in the same jira project: DFE-1, DFE-2, DFE-3
Is this possible?, please let me know if I explained my self.

Each project must have only one KEY that is also specific to this project.
You might want to use "Component" field to have a clear distinction between customers or create a custom field for that if needed. [But not labels ;) ]
Hi @JuanD ,
a project has a single key and you can't have different issue keys within the same project.
The only way to do that is to split project.
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hey @JuanD,
The answer to your question is rather short: No, it's not possible to have multiple keys in the same project. If your project's key is "ABC", all issues will use it. Can't you use an identifier for the customer after the issue key instead?
Best, Max

Thank you Max, yes, at the end we'll created a custom field and bring the Zoho keys to that field so we'll have the issue key and a Zoho Key (Custom field).
