We are currently using JIRA Service Desk and would love to start rolling out the Confluence Knowledge Base functionality to our end users.
Given the current lack of a similar Service Desk Customer licensing option in Confluence we will need to roll out anonymous access to the Knowledge Base space.
As we use Confluence across the company our Information Security Officer has deemed that it is too great a risk to provide anonymous login to even a single space. As an alternative, we would like to use an additional Confluence app to separate the Anonymously accessible Knowledge Base site.
Can you let me know if this is possible and if there are any implications or other factors we should be taking into account?
Many Thanks
Hi Ben!
Yes, you can connect how many instances of Confluence to JIRA you want. When creating the new application link you just need to give a different name to each one.
Cheers!
