Is it possible to import transition history through CSV?

We are extracting transition data from the Redmine database in CSV. It is necessary to keep track of ticket history as a necessity for our internal implementation. We communicated with the Jira Support team, they suggested that this feature was currently not available to import through CSV.

Is there any other way that we might be able to transfer those transition histories to JIRA? We are open to any suggestions.

Hi @Solveen Gurung ,

The only file format that allows you to import Issue History is JSON as far as I know.
