Is it possible to include mail history in issues comments?

I would like to add a history of correspondence with clients to public comments on the issue (tasks connected with customer support)


Is there an application for the cloud version?

Hi Joseph,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It's possible to let the mail history when a customer replies the notification.
Please, go to Jira settings > Products > Email requests > Strip quotes > Don't strip quotes.

And for all people (like me ;) ) who are working with datacenter the path is:

 JIRA Administration > Applications > JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT > Email requests
