Is it possible to link issue updates between Jira projects

I know that issues can be linked. I'm interested in knowing if the Activity can be linked. For example, in Project A there is one issue (A). When someone makes a comment or changes status on that issue, is it possible for issue 123 in Project B to be updated?

I think it's possible but not out of the box. There are several add-ons out there that you can try. Add-ons that play with the workflow or even creating your own Listener (to listen for Issue Updates). To start, try
