Is it possible to make mandatory the comment when doing worklog?

As in subject, I would like to know if there is a way to put mandatory the comment field during the worklog. I have found a sugguestion and it seems that is not possible at the moment.

Do you know another way, using script runner, or do you know a plug-in with a license not so much expensive?
