Is it possible to perform a wildcard search on cascade select options?

We have a two level cascade select field.  Is it possible to do a wild card search on this field?

e.g. Site in cascadeOption("abc", "*xyz*)

Sorry Samuel, I haven't found an answer to this yet. Documentation on advanced searching with the cascadeOption doesn't show any options for this either: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRACLOUD/Advanced+Searching+Functions#AdvancedSearchingFunctions-cascadeOption() And a more general Google search didn't come up with anything for me.
