Hi all!
I'm using wbs gantt-chart for jira, we've created a gantt-chart that filters issues from several projects, and we need that users that access this gantt be able to see only issues that belong to project to which users have accesss.
Now, any user who accesses the gantt, sees all the tickets, regardless of wheter he has browse permission or not in every project the gantt contains issues.
Thanks! Aylin.
Hello, @Aylin Kohls,
Thank you for bringing this behavior to our attention and creating this Community Question.
We believe that, in this case, the user would need to filter only the issues that he needs to visualize on the Gantt-Chart. Currently, WBS Gantt-Chart does not have this feature.
We have reported this behavior and suggested a solution to our development team to implement it at a code-level:
If Public Tracker site pages do not render as expected, please try incognito mode or switch the browser to display. Also, it will be required a separate sign up for watching in Public Tracker. Click the 'Login' option placed in the right navigation column and go to the 'Sign Up' link. Next, click 'See the old view' to display the watch option.
We understand that not having a workaround for this behavior is not optimal, but let's give our developers some time to investigate and implement this suggestion.
We hope you find this response helpful to you. If you need assistance with our plugins or have any other questions, please contact us anytime at Ricksoft-support.atlassian.net. I will be happy to help.
We wish you a great day!
Kind Regards,
Gabriel Quadros

Thanks Gabriel.
I understand and I appreciate your answer, however, It'd be nice if users with no browse project permission, couldn't see issues, as happens in jira dashboards, without the need of use quick filters.
My need is to create only one gantt-chart containing several project items, and delegate the security of which element each person can see on the plugin, according with jira permissions.
In the meantime, I'll create different gantt-charts
Regards, Aylin.
