Is it possible to punch time in % instead of hours?

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to fill in time in percentages instead of hours within JIRA/Tempo. Our users are working in different countries, with different working times and it would be very useful for us to punch time in percentage for business tracking.

Can you tell me if it's doable or not?
