Is it possible to put an animated avatar in Jira?

Is there any way to put an animated avatar on my profile so that it can be seen by other members of the project?

You did not specify if this question concerns Atlassian Cloud products or self-hosted Data Center products.

I can tell you it is not possible with the Atlassian Cloud products.
