Is it possible to remove '[JIRA]' from the subject line of our email notifications? We are using OnDemand. Removing '[JIRA]' would make it much easier to sort the inbox by ticket number in the subject line.
Yes, this is customizable under the "General Configuration" "Email From" line. I believe the default is:
Email from ${fullname} (JIRA)
Simply remove (Jira) or modify it and you should be set!
