Is it possible to set up 1:1 matching between Issue type and sub-task.?

Hello...

I want to ask something to you...

For example below : 

1. Set two sub-task up : "sub_task(defect)", "sub_task(bug)"
2. Create Issue as "Bug Issue type"

In this case, I  create sub task.. 

When I create sub task , I can see a list of sub task, sub_task(defect) and sub_task(bug).

However I don't need sub_task(defect) when I create a sub task because sub task will be made below Bug Issue type.

I only need a sub_task(bug)..

So my question is..... Is it possible to set up 1:1 matching between Issue type and sub_task..

When I make a sub_task of  "Bug Issue type", I don't want to see a sub_task(defect) on the list..

please give me some ideas....
