Is it possible to show different user name to a certain group of users?

Hi,

We have JIRA projects where customer members and company members have access. Customer members and company members are in different groups.

We want to disguise the company worker currently working on a topic against customer members.

A customer member who looks on a topic shall see "Company Worker", but a company member who does the same shall see "John Doe".

Is something like that possible in JIRA?

There is no feature like this in JIRA and I also cannot suggest any plugin that can do it. You can create your own plugin or a simple Javascript may do.
