We are currently working with 1 big ticket and we list all subtasks under it. But it is getting confusing for the team. Everyone is making tickets and when we open  the ticket jira is showing us all tickets instead of just the open tickets. So we have to filter them manualy.

Can someone please help me how to solve this issue?

Hi @Sander De Pauw,

Welcome to the community!

Have you considered using a Kanban board to display the list of tasks?  This way you could configure the board to show open tasks that haven't started in the To Do column, those people are working on in the In Progress column and the completed tasks in the Done column.

You can setup a board based on a query so if there is only a single large ticket with a number of task you could build a query that displays only the subtasks of the parent issue.

I hope that helps you.
