We have installed 8.0.2

Is it possible to straight upgrade from 8.0.x to 8.2.x?
Or first i need to upgrade from 8.0.x to 8.1.x?

Yes, you should be able to upgrade your JIRA instance from 8.0.x to 8.2.x.

Yes, it is possible but currently (if you look at the Upgrade Notes for 8.2.x) there is note from Atlassian..

There is a known issue related to all Jira 8.2.x versions released so far. We are working to fix the issue. For more information, see JRASERVER-69388.

If you're already on 8.2.x, it's fine for you to upgrade to 8.2.3. However, if you're on version 8.1.x (or older) we recommend that you wait with the upgrade until the issue is fixed.

So I recommend to wait some time until the issue is resolved.

Thank you for warning.

I have already upgraded but do not have problem. Maybe it is because of using English local.
