Is it possible to work with multiple teams from one Jira instance?

We are running JIRA with multiple projects and teams in the same JIRA instance.

Now we are experimenting with integrating JIRA with slack, but somehow it's only possible for us to connect to our initial slack team - it's not really possible anywhere to e.g. choose a specific slack team for a specific JIRA project.

Is there a way around this?
