Is jFrame no longer available in Jira Dashboard? I am trying to sync my outlook calendar to jira but can't seem to find jFrame gadget.

Are your on Jira Cloud? The jFrame plugin is available on Jira Cloud only but it must be installed by an administrator before you can use it.
