Is load balancing possible yet?

Tito Valentin July 19, 2015

I have been searching but all responses I run into are from 2012. Is load balancing supported for both JIRA and Confluence yet?

Yes, and Stash too.  But you need to use the "Data Center" versions of them, not plain server.  See https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/data-center

Thanks for you response but for clarification, this means I can't put Jira or Confluence behind my own load balancers, correct?

No. Data Centre uses load balancing, and it'll work with (almost) any load balancing system you have. You can also put standard Server versions behind the load balancers, but there's no point as you can only have one node.
