Yes, and...to what John notes:
Server/Data Center version does not have Lookup Issues, and the equivalent feature is the bulk-handling option for the scheduled trigger or for branches. Please look here to learn more about that option.

A potential workaround might be to do a webrequest to your filter and get the total from the json and then do whatever you want with it e.g. send it to Slack.

What do you mean by "lookup issues"?
Do you mean something like finding an issue when you're trying to create a link between two issues? Or are you talking about searching for issues?
