Hey Carlos,
Portfolio is designed to be a Forward looking Planning tool rather than a completed item retrospective Reporting tool, so the historical tracking items are not intended in the tool set, and the existing Agile Reports under the board reports are the way to go for looking back at the progress of previous completed sprints. The basic rule of thought is that there is no need to make a plan for items that are already complete.
There is a Feature request to add this type of historical tracking in, that we are tracking interest at the following link, make sure to add your vote:
Currently you can take a look at the completed issues in the scope view by modifying the Competition date scope filter under the More Dropdown on the main plan view, this value defaults to "completed since beginning of current sprint", change this to a custom date range or one of the presets such as this quarter to extend the issues shown, but as covered in the feature request "the Sprint value is not kept for the issue if the sprint is completed", so while the Issue data is viewable the historical completed sprint values are not displayed.
