Is possible to have more than one parent link to one epic ?

In order to have a complete view plan, I need to set more than one parent link for one epic. 

Is this possible and if so how I can enable this feature ?

No, the parent link is a single select field, so you cannot set more than one parent.

In Jira Portfolio it's only possible to have one parent - so in your case, an Epic can only have one Parent Initiative, not multiple. If you were to have a multi-to-multi relationship, you'd need to use Issue Links.
