Is the Atlassian marketpalce server is down now?

I have Taken JIRA Trial and trying to install one of the Add-on. When I am navigating to the Manage apps page, the system is showing the Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable.

If I navigate to Find new apps, search and click on the required app to install, getting the error "Unable to get app details"
