Is the Doc Site Down?

When Going to https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ I get a 403 error. Is there a new URL ?

Have they changed the rules for the docs ?

It was working yesterday.

Is there an upstream ticket or are they not going to fix the legacy link ? (I have a few links I may need to update if they are not keeping the latest url anymore..)
