Is the new version of JIRA 6.3.8 and service desk 2.1.1 compatible to IE 8? Did not realize that we do have users that still on XP and IE8.

No.  You need IE9, 10 or 11.  They will mostly work with IE8, but if you do have any issues, the answer is "use IE9"

Thanks Mate, I thought their still some workaround with Jira, since still works with us with 6.3 version until we upgrade the system to 6.3.8. Anyway, we have installed chrome in XP and works ok (for now).We are halfway of upgrading to Win 8. Thanks Nic.
