@Madhuri Patil The app Visor is a spreadsheet that lets you import your nested Jira information and export it into a CSV or Excel format.

You can also share the spreadsheet right in Visor, which ensures that the data is synced up with Jira. You can have it sync every Monday (or whenever you hit sync) so the data stays accurate for that weekly report. But you'd need to send that email yourself: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226209/visor-flexible-spreadsheet-for-jira-roadmapping-bulk-edits?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

You can get reports in Excel format with the Better Excel Exporter app. It is available for the Cloud already!

Plus, if you want to periodically get that report (essentially automatically creating it and send it as an email attachment), you can combine the exporter app with the Better Excel Automation app.

The automation app has been available for Jira Server and Data Center for almost 9 years, and we are right now working on its Cloud version. It will add the "Send Excel" action to Jira automation rules:

Here is the step-by-step guide for your exact use case.

If you wanted to try the Cloud version early, please write an email to my colleague at levente.szabo@midori-global.com and he will make sure to include you in our invite-only beta program.

(Discl. these two apps are developed by our team.)

Hello!
Welcome to the community @Madhuri Patil

You can use Jira's functionality called filter subscription. Once you run your query in JQL and get a result that you like, click the “Save as” to save this as a filter to see later. Here is detailed info: JQL: Using filters and subscriptions (atlassian.com)

If this functionality does not meet your needs, you can try Better Excel Exporter: Atlassian Marketplace

If this doesn't work for you, let me know and specify your business needs.

Have a nice day!
