Is there JQL or report on who "changed the assignee" ?

Piotr Flisikowski September 8, 2021

Hi,

I would like to check weekly if anyone out of the engineering team is assigning the tickets to the engineering team. Lets say I have a team that should assign the tickets to themselves. I can check in JQL search who is the assignee of the ticket but I am interested to find out who has actually "changed the assignee". I can check this by looking into "history" of each ticket but this is too much time consuming. I would like to have a JQL query or plugin that would be able to filter this for me weekly.

Do you know how I could check this in bulk for selected sprint weekly?

@Piotr Flisikowski

You can also check out Issue History. My team has developed an app to monitor all changes that have been made in the selected list of issues. You can set any date range you need to get the report. As result, you'll get a history journal for every activity and find out:

- What changes were made to the issues
- The date when modifications occurred
- Which user has made the changes

This info can be used for the audit of your teamwork. Hope you find it helpful.

Hi @Piotr Flisikowski

This plugin can help you extract the historical assignee changes report.
