Is there a Critical chain plug in available for Jira with automated resource management?

We are looking for a way to optimise complex project planning with Jira and Gantt using critical chain. Recently most of plug ins offers critical chain (path), but usually it doesn't have automated resource re-planning like most CCPM tools. Meaning, you can see whether person (project contributor) is available in the planned critical chain for a certain time slot, but you need to adjust it manually - software does't adjust critical chain time wise according to available resources.

Is agileCCPM a solution? Their video looks good, but website unclear.

You are correct that all the apps have critical path.  I do not know of any that provide critical chain so you would have to make adjustments manually as you stated.
