Does anyone know if there is a good user guide for getting started on Jira?

A good starting point is

 which gives you an overview, a quick start guide and best practices, all really helpful as you're learning.  And if you need an answer quick that you can' find there, come back to the Community!  We're happy to help!

That guide is a bit out of date.  It apples to Jira Server 6.4 while Hollie is asking about Jira Cloud based on her tags.
