Is there a URL for the search function?

It seems like to search, I have to load a page and then navigate to the search panel within the page. Curious if there's a URL that when loaded takes me right to the search input? For instance, when you navigate to google.com you can immediately type in the search field.

You could just use the keyboard shortcut "/" to bring up the search panel and start typing.

But if you want to navigate directly to the advanced search/issue navigator, you can just go to

These are close, but aren't exactly right. However, if I were to just start whatever my search term is, typically a specific ticket number, with the "/" it would work. Thanks.
