Is there a bug with Sprint Boards and quick-filters?

I have a link that my team uses to go to the Jira page of products: https://xxx.atlassian.net/projects

If I go to that link, then click on our main project, the Active Sprint board page loads and has saved whatever quick-filters I had last selected. The problem is that those filters are actually enforced. If I want to actually see the filtered stories, I have to toggle the quick-filters off then back on again.

Weirdly, if I go to that projects page by navigating through links within Jira, then go to the product page, the quick-filters work correctly. However, if I'm coming to it from outside, something gets messed up.

Is this a bug, or am I misunderstanding something?

Hi @Gabriel Beal  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am unclear what you mean by "to it from the outside" for landing on the board.  If there is some stale data, that sounds like something is browser cached that just you can just refresh the page to see.

If after trying a refresh you are still seeing an issue, I suggest submitting a support ticket to Atlassian here:
