When I click to edit my card info the page is blank. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue.

I have not heard of any issues with updating billing information and the Atlassian Status Page shows all is well. You may want to try a new browser or put your browser in private/incognito mode and retry. If that doesn't work I would contact Atlassian regarding this at Pricing, billing & licensing help.
