No.  JIRA does not do sub-task of a sub-task

You could try the Portfolio add-on to get layers above/alongside Epics, or the Structure add-on which does something that makes it look like you have layers of sub-tasks.

JIRA is limited to 2 levels only, and the feature request of enabling arbitrary depth has been open for at least 10 years.

Structure is an add-on that allows you trees (forests) of issues, as a tool targeting exactly this problem.
