Is there a tool, or report that would show a visual representation of all the dependencies?

in a retro, a dev asked if there is some type of way he and the team can see all the dependencies within a sprint.   The team asked him to research it and get back to the team   He found a plugin (that unfortunately costs money) for Jira that would do this, but the company will not approve it due to its cost.   Is there another report or way to do this in Jira without a plugin?

Have you tried a JQL like issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("is blocked by") or issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("blocks") ?

You need to use the inward/outward description of the corresponding issue type link.
