Is there a way I can arrange the Bug fields to appear in a certain order when creating an issue?

I created some custom fields for our company, but the majority of them are at the bottom of the screen when you create a new issue. I would like to move up the fields that are relevant while creating an issue and move the other fields that are not relevant down. I have tried the Project Settings > Issues > Layout > Bug and then you can just drag and drop fields, but this only changes the "view and edit" screens.

Welcome to the community.

Instead of "Layout", you can go under "Screens" and find the corresponding "Create Issue" screen. From there, you will have the possibility to update the fields order.

For the create screen you need to go into the screen that is being used for that issue type to change the order. Go to Project settings > Screens and from here you should be able to change the order or your fields.
